What will you learn during the Leadership Training?
Leadership Styles
In the leadership course for the hospitality industry, we start with four recognizable types of hospitality employees. You will learn to distinguish these four types of employees and receive guidance on which leadership style suits each type of hospitality employee. After all, no two hospitality employees are the same. The approach and manner differ per person.
Management Skills
In the course, you will focus on your ‘management moments of truth.’ This means recognizing and acknowledging situations where you are not satisfied. How do you deal with these situations? Do you give feedback, and if so, what is the most effective way? You will learn not to avoid unwanted situations but to create a culture of accountability – where expectations and wishes are clearly expressed. This promotes openness and honesty. Your employees will be encouraged to improve, and you will see this reflected in the results!
Guidance and Instructions
You will learn how to give clear instructions tailored to the different types of employees. You will learn when and how to delegate tasks effectively and how to actively coach your employees.
In addition, you will receive practical tips on how to supervise and direct your employees. Clarity and personal attention are key. This will enhance the quality of your team, which is also crucial for the service your guests will experience.
