In the afternoon, we’ll focus on upselling: advising your guests more successfully. You’ll actively learn how to bring dishes to life at the table. You’ll learn how to easily check guests' preferences for optimal advice, and you’ll improve your upselling technique. The result? Happier guests and a higher average spend!
