During this training, we will focus on learning a distinctive, guest-oriented approach where attention and advising are key. You'll become a true expert in genuinely helping your guests from their arrival to their departure.
You’ll receive tips on asking unexpected and strong questions as an alternative to the standard ones like “Did you enjoy your meal?” or “Have you made your choice?” You’ll learn to use the power of giving with Givability®. With your focus on giving, you’ll be able to create a uniquely good guest experience and consistently make a difference.
In the afternoon, we’ll focus on upselling: advising your guests more successfully. You’ll actively learn how to bring dishes to life at the table. You’ll learn how to easily check guests' preferences for optimal advice, and you’ll improve your upselling technique. The result? Happier guests and a higher average spend!
