Learn how to comply with the Alcohol and Catering Act, understand its importance, and take the SVH Social Hygiene exam.
After this training, you’ll know the guidelines of the new Alcohol and Catering Act and the situations where they apply. You’ll understand the concept of Social Hygiene: what are values and norms, how do you establish house rules, communicate them, and enforce them? You’ll learn conversation models to implement your policies and know exactly what requirements your location’s facilities must meet. This will increase safety for yourself and your guests.
